• Welcome and thank participants for joining the discussion group.
• Ask to Record.
• We’re working on a mobile app to help [persona] like yourselves
• Introduce the purpose of the focus group: To explore and prioritize concepts for what [product] could be.
• Explain the structure of the discussion, which will cover 5 different concepts. I’ll present each and ask for open feedback and then we’ll go revisit each and I’ll ask you indicate your level of agreement or disagreement with a handful of statements on a scale of 1 to 5.
• Potentially ask participants to intro with name and context.
